I have learnt so much from taking part in both the beginner and intermediate meditation courses with Becky. I found the groups to be friendly and supportive and Becky is a wonderful teacher. I regularly use the techniques in day to day life and enjoy finding the time to be more present and engaged with myself throughout the week. Becky’s course was the highlight of my week! Becky is very laidback in her approach to teaching, whilst being incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. She is also very welcoming, open and encouraging, making for a comfortable and supported experience. The sessions with Becky (and subsequent self-practice) helped me get through a difficult time in my pregnancy. Becky has one of the most calming and relaxing voices making each meditation so cosy and restful. I’m grateful that she has sent copies of her meditations to all course participants as these have enabled me to create a sense of calm and focus in my day to day life.
